So far so good, only relatively new to NOW after being mucked around by Stuff once too often....and it was often. NOW will support you regardless of router brand or even model. We did have some issues with the switch over, but that was on Chorus with their normal pathetic speed response times, and no fault of NOW. Staff are pleasant and helpful. With the 900/400 package, we get better traffic speeds than a similar subscription when with Stuff (almost 50% straight away).

Been with NOW since it's small beginnings as Airnet. Never any problem with quick Tech support or other queries/help. And politeness. Yes can 'drop off' but so do other providers. Remember relying on other Internet 'lines' belonging to another provider. Atmospheric, overloading, other. Patience is the virtue, don't always blame the company as the sole problem when this happens.

I have been with this company at least 10 years I love the personal service I like old school service they go the extra mile and I love the fact I can call in and get face to face I’m technically challenged in this day an age but they make it so much easier we’ll done

Do yourself a favour and don't sign-up with this company. Deals may sound good on paper and awards may lure you but BEWARE you'll get deceived. The internet keeps dropping, the speeds are not what is advertised and the support line staff are rude. Plus after contracts over if you don't inform them of switching to another provider, they'll ruthlessly keep charging month after month fees even if you don't receive their internet service.
