Best customer service I've ever had with a utility provider. The plans are unlimited so you won't be throttled at a certain point when downloading games etc like other providers. I've found them incredibly easy and positive to deal with, especially knowing my area very well and being local themselves
Pros
Friendly, reliable local team who are fair and want the best for you

"CGNAT": you are assigned a IP within the 'shared' address space; legal implications as these are similar to other 'private' addresses and should not leave the boundary of an 'administrative domain'. Is your BYO modem in their 'administrative' domain?

"IP over Ethernet": This addressing scheme means that you cannot trust which DHCP server is assigning you an address; nor can you trust the gateway router that it directs you to.

"DNS Issues": When querying 8.8.8.8 (Google DNS); responses are altered in transit. The same occurs when accessing "https://google.dns". When support was asked if this is acceptable, the response was (paraphrased) "how does this measurably affect your service?".

Support is not helpful, and response times are slow.

They did not respond to a request to add 802.1X authentication, or something similar.

The price is 'low' and you will receive what you paid for.

I recently upgraded to Hyperfibre ONT with 360Net and am extremely satisfied with the service. Through Ethernet, I consistently achieve speeds of 1700-1800 Mbps. Wireless speeds may vary depending on the router used.
Pros
Fastet speed at the lowest price
Cons
Only couple of weeks wait for ONT Upgrade from Chorus.
