Worst customer service ever. I regret going to them. I've had to wait days and weeks on end to resolve Internet issues. Their chat support is terrible and so is their phone support. They say they're going to do something and never do, which leaves you having to push them and constantly following up with them and the fibre providers. Terrible service, don't be fooled by how cheap they are it's not worth the stress.

AVOID. A new provider and very poor. Signed up they stated members of TDR but TDR never heard of them and they have since been forced to take that statement down. Refer to monthly and annual rates but operate on a 29 day month I.e. a year equals less than 11.5 months. Means your billing date changes each month otherwise a late payment fee. Difficult to contact and attempt to call customers on a no caller ID or a false number
Pros
Cheap
Cons
Change contract terms at zero notice, including increasing annual rates. No TDR dispute resolution available.

Terrible customer service. They don`t answer emails, there is no phone number to call, they don`t care about your issues during live chat. Worst provider.

the issue with all of there plans hyperfibre or broandband is that they have everything running through CGNat which simply put means we all share the same internet ip address online and they also port filter closing most ports and assigning ports which cancels port forwarding….. The biggest issue is none of this is in the big print of there big flashy marketing which is in my opinion a very huge part of any provided service from any business “ hey we can do this and do that for……what for it…….this special price”……oh by the way these other things may not work because we also do this……sorry not sorry ...read more
Pros
still looking for them
Cons
hidden conditions of there internet based plans

Quic is a DIY kind of ISP aimed at, but not limited to, technically inclined users. If you can set up a router (with easy settings), you'll be fine. Advanced features few ISP's offer. Highly recommended!
Pros
Low cost 50/10 plan, GeekzoneNZ presence, access to your ONT!, rDNS for free, one-off static IP fee.
Cons
Need to know simple router configuratio, or someone who does, website bit of a maze (imho)
