German modem, longer range.

Cons

There was a slight confusion regarding discount on my account at the beginning but was resolved in a stupendous manner.

I moved to Eden Terrace recently, used my personal hot spot from my mobile phone of 2degrees; thinking I’d save some money. I was so wrong. Then, I signed up to Freedom Internet, I feel very comfortable and free.

Very convenient and fast

It’s an additional cost. (But it’s worth it)

In over three years with NOW, I've not had a problem. Also, first telco I've been with that reduced the amount they charged on my monthly plan.

Pros

Reasonably fast.

Cons

Odd times my computer tells me 'No Internet Connection' when the connection is still 'Connected' Likely an operation glitch!

We are paying for 30mb/s unlimited but mostly the broadband runs so slowly my computer can’t load even the simplest webpage. Streaming is hopeless. There have been many mornings where we can’t connect at all. This company is a disgrace. If we were paying for 30mb/s and it was running a little less it would be one thing but it’s not even getting close to the next package down. Website is messy and incorrect, plans arent advertised properly. They change plans on the sly so you are usually paying more than advertised price. The technicians visit at random and leave rubbish/old gear lying around. Not value for money with patchy signal.

Pros

They usually supply internet.

Cons

Service goes up and down, Admin are useless, your are often paying more than you should be, not value for money.
