Got the 100/20 fibre package from Spark, but the reality is the download speed was never better than 50MB/s, which was half of advertised and less than adequate for video calls. The connection often dropped off esp on a cloudy or rainy day. The modem came with the package was below average also in terms of performance and signal strength. I once received a bill of $900 by Spark's system error for what was supposedly a free-switch after I moved to current address. The coordina
