Broadband plan and pricing were fine, however customer support was terrible, and am still awaiting a refund from bill over payment 3 months later. Would never use them again.

No hassle when we moved house. Quickly replaced faulty equipment.
Cons
Too expensive. At least 3 total failures in lees than a year. 3 faulty modems in the time we were with them.

There's no solid reason as to why we are locked in to only use the modem they provide. Frequent connection dropouts, they couldn't figure out why.
