no help when i have a problem , last week had to get a computer expert as slingshot suport lost paitents with me when i could not log into slingshot .

I get internet as last company i was with , I often had no internet .

Worst service ever and the email (xtra) has no spam filters so there is no way to stop spam from infiltrating your email. I was hacked and Spark did nothing.
Service terrible, no resolution after months of issues.
Speed of internet also varies with number of people on line in the area, after school and on rainy days, it is dial up speed. Old wires, slow to provide fibre.

Poor connection and latency substandard cpe equipment. These people just resell devoli services with hrv sales tactics. Watch out for the deception in regards to not getting funding

Pretty much hrv in sheeps clothing. Lie to get connections and make old people feel like they have to sign up asap or they miss out.

Absolutely close to impossible to get through to support. Then follow up is poor. When we had a major issue, getting anyone to be proactive and own the issue took a complaint to the telecommunication disputes resolutions service. Then I had a call within an hour ...read more
