Been with Unlimited Internet for two weeks now and have regretted it. The online support is abysmal, and it has some of the slowest speeds I've seen for UFB.
Pros
I struggle to find any, I used to think the price, but now I realise I'm better off paying slightly more to get a better service

The internet connection has been pretty reliable. Good connection speed and stable. Sometime a bit sluggish with Xbox network or other gsming networks

Terrible service.
They never call you back even when they promise they will (they promised us 8 times they would call us back but never did)
You can't get service to access router settings to change passwords.
Then they held us by the fact we had signed s contract
Amongst the worse customer service experience you can have.
Do yourself a favour, pay more but go with somebody else.

as above. Not good assistance when chatting on line for assistance. Huge delays on call backs. Not giving total info when asking about contracts and in this aspect I mean availability of types of phones.

Absolutely disgusted by this Internet providers ethics and communication. Would NOT recommend this to anyone EVER.

Overcharged billing account was then blocked, then charged an extra $200 worth of data AFTER account was closed on top of that.
They refuse to take any responsibility even with all evidence and statements provided.
Further action is currently being taken.

I switched to VDSL a year ago and never thought to check the speed until recently when I was having netflix problems. I has been gone above 16 Mbps, which VDSL pre ports to be a lot faster than that. I have done all the testing and still no luck. When I asked for help one several occasions online I was told to ring up and book an appointment. Well, that just peeved me off that I had to ring them rather than the onus be on them to sort out the problem that I was having with their service. I decided to cancel the account, yet again I was told I had to ring. I have just sent another email saying that I want to cancel and asked for a reason why it has to be over the phone - is it contractual (which seems very odd). Not bad out of a terrible bunch of providers to choose from. good communicationm when chorus botched up the install howewver little support on their website. Shame no way of knowing when there are line issues when you only have internet - i.e.: no phone to phone help loine but all providers are the same.
Ridiculous that Fibre is the cheapest but not available and we pay more for a lesser service....

Had Spark broadband for 2.5 years now, only had 2 drop outs in that time and it was during a storm. Can't complain at that! Customer service is always helpful if I have a query about my plan.
Pros
Service reliability is excellent.
Cons
Price is a shocker. Was paying $60 a month in Aussie, $95 per month in NZ is a rip off. Free Lightbox is of no interest to me.
