Price just keeps going up and up for the same contract. Started out as $60/month.. now $75.75. That's over 25% increase.. Too much for my budget.

Speed is fairly consistent...I am reliably connected also. Price is good too, when combined with my 2Degrees mobile account.
Pros
Good price, and a largely NZ-owned company
Cons
My speed is fairly consistent, but some busy times push speed back

The most expensive and yet unreliable internet service provider. When you call them they don't care about solving your issues.
Pros
None
Cons
Terrible service. The customer service representatives talk to you like they couldn't care less

Have been with Worldnet for ten years, firstly on ADSL and then fibre as soon as it became available. Friendly, helpful company with competitive pricing. Very responsive to telephone requests for support. Fluent call-takers on staff who speak English, Chinese and Korean
Pros
Outstanding personal support during their opening hours. This is a smallish company, not some faceless corporate with a foreign call center.
Cons
Office is open Mon-Fri 9am-7pm, Sat 9am-3pm and closed Sunday, so if you have a problem or lose your internet and/or phone service outside these times then there is no support at all and you must wait until they re-open.

Internet runs ok usually but still jams up at peak times , Why do we still have such hopelessly slow internet ,
I lose horrific amount of time with slow internet. NOT GOOD ENOUGH . this is the 21st century so why do we still have third world internet even in affluent towns such as Wanaka
