I switched to VDSL a year ago and never thought to check the speed until recently when I was having netflix problems. I has been gone above 16 Mbps, which VDSL pre ports to be a lot faster than that. I have done all the testing and still no luck. When I asked for help one several occasions online I was told to ring up and book an appointment. Well, that just peeved me off that I had to ring them rather than the onus be on them to sort out the problem that I was having with th
