I'm in the rural area and get this great service from this local provider. Really pleased with them and can recommend to anyone

Faster than i could ever get over copper and unlimited. Telephone service for a 3rd of the price of Spark

Cons

If the power goes out, (and it does here occasionally) means that you lose phone and internet. That's because you have a powered transmitter unlike normal phones that have their own from the exchange. Only downside I can think of.

Great ISP. I switched to them because it is no-contract no-datacap and super cheap.

Pros

The service runs great - not a single outage in a year. It does exactly what it says on the tin.

Cons

Sometimes takes a few minutes for a calls to them to be answered.

Switched to WorldNet in my 1st house from Vodafone. Happy days started. Finally, I was satisfied with my Internet connection.

PS VDSL line

Pros

- fast connection
- rather good and fast support (comparing Vodafone)
- price is not very high

Cons

- not much additional options were offered (for instance, static IP is a major thing for me)

Stuck for 12mth on VDSL. Price is crazy!

Pros

available everywhere, free router

Cons

-price,
- speed (13mbps on VDSL),
- support (waiting for hours to call them. 15 min of waiting to have an "on-line chat" - it's not on-line...)
