Always super responsive. Less then 4 rings and a real person answers …NOW that’s so unexpected from a call centre. No lame elevator music with these guys.

I signed up for broadband on the 17 August 2022 as I moved house and don't have fibre, I was assured they could give me broadband, first modem didn't work, 2nd modem isn't working as they still have the sim card # on my account from the first modem, no one seems to give a shit, today is the 23rd August and I'm still waiting, I'm suppose to be working from home, but can't. The people in the shop in Napier don't want to know, they say they did everything right, the guy on the phone is saying something different, I just want the bloody thing to start working!! We have been a customer for some years now. We are glad we made the change. Technical support has been great as we have had issues with landline and ADSL. Their team is proactive it is just a pity that Chorus seem to be a bunch of muppets.

Great friendly cutomer and technical suppot. You get to talk to Kiwis who know what they are doing

Very good provider. Easy set up and back up with personal involvement excellent. A bit slow because of our rural location at the end of a copper line, but they try to make it work for us
