Thieves gave me $200 credit to join and they charged me twice in the first month and they keep giving you excuses and not answering your questions when you demand a proper explanation, rud and not trustworthy; on top of that their shitty modem and not stable connection. stay away from this nightmare.

I've been with Now for nearly a year. They've always been helpful whenever I've had problems. Their call centre is great, they always answer quickly. They helped me fix an odd issue with Netflix and my Smart TV.

Worst experience of my life - may be cheaper but I have been without a TV for over a week - due to lack of customer service - no difference in internet speed - they just don't want to help - just want to take my money and don't care about the distress this is causing me
