I was with Telecom now Spark for years their customer service was the main reason I left and I went to 2 degrees. They were a fresh, modern, dynamic company . But over the years they started going down the same path as Spark and its the frustration with their substandard customer service is why again I have changed. It shouldn't be to hard to just call and talk to a person who can quickly and efficiently solve your issue. I am a loyal customer that just requires good service.
Pros
initially price and customer service.
Cons
Price as its hard to swallow all the promo's to entice new customers but do nothing to keep the ones you already had. Second lost me due to extremely poor customer services.

I had no issues with Slingshot, but it was time to upgrade to fibre. I let them know I was shopping around, and they did come back with a reduced price, but it still didn't beat what the new provider was offering.
Pros
No issues with Slingshot at any time.
Cons
Couldn't beat an awesome offer from a competitor.

NOW live up to their reputation. Their Call Centre always answers the phone promptly and politely. Always helpful and the few issues that I have had have been resolved promptly

Kiwi Internet is one of the smaller ISPs around, but they provide service just as good as the big boys around the place, while making the whole experiencing of setting up internet more personal. Would recommend to anyone that is sick of dealing with the bigger companies.

Fast, reliable service and friendly support team.
Cons
Smaller team can result in slightly slower response times.

They were good up until they knew i was about to leave and find another broadband provider then they dtarted fiddling with my internet. I rang them and been waiting for their technician to ring me back from begining of ladt mnth and still no reply.
