I Found a Broad band and Power bundle deal that was too good to ignore.. $65 per month for Fibre and an $220 credit as well. , .Connection was faultless with it occurring on the day they said it would... a few hours in between Spark cutting me off and Contact connecting me I had only three hours of no Broadband.
Modem was simple to set up and within ten minutes it was all go.
The modem Contact supply is ok but not great but using my own modem i have found no differ
ence in speeds since switching from the more expensive spark plan to the one i have now .
Had a minor issue setting up the online account but the support from Contact was great with the issue resolved very quickly.
Overall very happy with the service , speed and the price.
