The customer service for Skinny is shocking. I was charged 3 times for my initial payment and connection fee and did not receive a refund for 5 days. I was on the phoneline for and hour and a half waiting to speak to someone about this issue but never got though. I received an email telling me my modem would be there is 5-7 days and asking what fibre connection I had which I promptly replied to. I waited 14 days for my modem and it never came. I had to email asking where it w
as and was responded to with an automated impersonal email. I wrote an email complaining about the service I received and was asked for evidence and now ownership was taken. Would not recommend Skinny at all! ...read more
